It's not dawn until the sun comes up

I've heard a phrase lately - a hopeful phrase, but one that I think might be a bit premature. I've heard it on the street, I heard it at a play reading last week...I might even have heard it on TV, I'm honestly not sure. But I think the chicken's haven't hatched yet so maybe we should hold off on counting. I'm all for saying it when the time is right...but he's not President Obama yet, kids!
